Management Team
Our Management team has over 50 years of experience in the financial
marketplace. It is there driving vision that has grown the company
more then 100% every year since our inception.
Cameron Youngman – Founder, President and CEO – Mr.
Youngman has over 15 years of experience in design, development
and implementation of financial services and statement systems.
He has extensive experience managing statement production systems,
as well as working with various vendors to produce high quality
customer communications. A proven track record of implementing
solutions from their initial design through production supervision
while meeting budget and time constraints. Areas of expertise
cover product development, design, system integration, project
management, programming and operations.
Prior to founding Statement Solutions, LLC, Mr. Youngman served
as Project Manager of statement development for Reich & Tang
clients. During his tenure he produced and implemented more than
a dozen new statement designs for various brokerage firms who
used the Reich & Tang mutual funds. He also provided support
and ongoing maintenance for more than twenty-five participating
brokerage firms.
He has his Bachelors degree from Middlebury College and his MBA
from The American University in Washington, DC.
Dennis Borecki – Founder & Vice President of Sales –
For over 30 years Mr. Borecki has worked to help financial clients
prosper on their investments. Preceding his founding of Statement
Solutions, LLC, Mr. Borecki served as President and CEO of Wall
Street Connect, a provider of the U.S. Quotes market data electronic
delivery systems. He presided over the upgrade of existing hardware
and software delivery systems to new state of the art systems.
These systems provide Wall Street Connect’s brokerage clients
with electronic delivery of market information to their customers,
utilizing delivery vehicles of Touch-tone telephone, direct PC
dial up, and Internet access.
Prior to starting Wall Street Connect, Mr. Borecki served as
President and COO of Waterhouse Asset Management, manager of the
Waterhouse Family of Funds. He also served as Senior Vice President
and Trust Officer of Waterhouse National Bank. While presiding
over the startup of this asset management company in August of
1995, he was responsible for creating the funds and building the
infrastructure to support all aspects of investment management
and research. Waterhouse manages over $3 billion in assets.
Prior to joining Waterhouse, Mr. Borecki was an Executive Vice
President with the advisory firm of Reich & Tang and President
of the Cortland Trust Funds. Mr. Borecki joined Reich & Tang
in 1990 when Cortland Financial Group, an investment advisor co-founded
by Mr. Borecki, was merged into Reich & Tang. During his tenure
there he directed the development of systems to interface with
all major brokerage back office systems to exchange transaction
information and consolidate statement information. While at Reich
& Tang, Mr. Borecki had direct responsibility for operations,
customer service, new product development and systems development
and support.
Christopher Mitsinikos – Vice President Marketing & Business Development – Mr. Mitsinikos has over 15 years of sales & marketing leadership in the high tech and financial services markets. He is presently responsible for Statement Solutions’ marketing, business development and strategic partnership initiatives. In these roles he is driving the continued growth of the client base and assuring success for clients through Statement Solutions’ services and application solutions.
Prior to joining Statement Solutions, LLC, Mr. Mitsinikos led numerous successful global sales, marketing and partnership initiatives and most recently served as the vice president of sales and marketing for SpiderSplat Consulting, Inc., a marketing and Internet advertising services consultancy.
Prior to working with SpiderSplat Consulting, Inc., Mr. Mitsinikos served as the Senior Director of Worldwide Content Business Development and New Technologies with Wave Systems Corp. a company that offers market leading e-commerce, privacy and authentication services on the Internet.
He received his Bachelors degree in History from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

Statement Solutions has developed strong partnerships with a number
of firms servicing the needs of its clients. We work with three
distinct groups of partners: Printers and Print Houses, Hardware
Partners and Software Partners. By working with these partners
we are able to create the best solution to fulfill the needs of
our clients. Ensuring that the system put in place today continues
to be effective for tomorrow and beyond.
Print: Several regional and national print vendors
including Vestcom, Com/Graphics, Imagecom and others. These printers
work closely with Statement Solutions to ensure that the printed
output that they mail to your end clients is correct and free
of any errors or omissions
Hardware: We work with Dell Computer to ensure that our
processing and server needs are met, our systems are maintained
and that replacements and spare parts are available within 24
hours. On the print output side we have worked with Xerox for
many years integrating our solutions with their hardware. We also
design solutions for IBM and HP, nut the majority of our large
print output runs on Xerox machines.
Software: From the software side we are in partnership
with Metavante Corporation for the use of its industry leading
CSF designer software. We also have partnered with Adobe for production
of all our web presentment and cold storage data formatting using
Adobe's PDF format. We have been working with Crystal Reports
(recently purchased by Business Objects S.A.) since 2000 for specific
reporting needs. We use these and other packages and tie them
together seamlessly with internally developed middleware for efficient
and accurate production environments.
Associations, Awards and recognition
Statement Solutions is a member of Xplor the worldwide association
of users and suppliers of products and services that create, modify
and deliver customized information using a variety of document
technologies.
Dalbar presented our client ML Stern and Co with its prestigious
Communications Seal for ML Stern's recently revamped brokerage
statement.
